TNE-5000 Flexible Digital Video Esophagoscope
EndoSheath® Esophagoscopy is a new alternative to conventional Esophagoscopy (TNE) procedures. For the first time, physicians can get high performance endoscopic imaging and functionality together with the EndoSheath® Technology, the only sterile, disposable option for flexible endoscopy. Since it provides a new level of efficiency, sterility, and affordability, EndoSheath® Esophagoscopy offers one of the most practical methods for esophageal diagnostics.
Since EndoSheath® Esophagoscopy is performed transnasally, sedation of the patient is not required. As it is easily tolerated by the patient and easily performed by the physician, the TNE procedure allows immediate examination of the esophageal anatomy in any setting.
The TNE-5000 Esophagoscope is the only flexible video esophagoscope that never comes in contact with the patient. The EndoSheath® Technology provides a durable, protective barrier, as well as a disposable working channel. All patient materials and instrumentation, from tissue samples to biopsy forceps, travel through the channel in the disposable sheath.
The TNE-5000 is an ideal digital Esophagoscopy system that is ultra portable, versatile, and always ready. The compact size of the overall system makes it perfect for office-based procedures and any size practice or hospital space. The various channel sizes of the different disposable sheaths allow, for the first time, the freedom to ‘customize’ the esophagoscope to fit the procedure and to increase the patient's comfort.
